Great British Coastal High Street of 2014

Colwyn Bay Townscape Heritage Initiative is proud to announce that Colwyn Bay has won the High Street of the Year 2014 category of Coastal High Street of the Year.

Judges visited the town a few months ago, and were shown round by Colwyn Bay THI, Communities First, and other local organisations.

We showed them key initiatives that have taken place to improve the town, including schemes such as the Pop Up Shop, and buildings renovated by Colwyn Bay THI, and were also able to demonstrate the breadth of partnerships that are formed to make various events and initiatives take place in Colwyn Bay.
