Colwyn Bay THI Talks to Local Business Owners

Colwyn Bay Chamber of Trade invited Colwyn Bay THI to come along and let the businesses know what impact the project would have on the town.

Chair of Colwyn Bay Chamber of Trade, Teresa Carnall, said the businesses really enjoyed the presentation and are looking forward to the changes the THI project would make.

Teresa said: “One of Colwyn Bay’s main appeals is the interesting and unusual architecture on some of the major buildings in the town. It’s good to know that as well as restoring and retaining our key buildings, THI are also very much interested in connecting with businesses and ensuring they leave a positive legacy.”

Some of the major buildings that Colwyn Bay THI will be working on include The Central pub and Matthews & Sons hardware, formerly the Cosy Cinema
